The Spanish newspaper "Marca" reports that Tottenham defender Gareth Bale is moving to Real Madrid for 86 million pounds sterling (340 million litas).
The 24-year-old Welsh footballer will sign a six-year contract with the Spanish giants. He should earn around 8.5 million pounds (32 million litas) per year.
Earlier, G. Bale was also tempted by Manchester United. However, a 22 million pounds lower offer didn't satisfy Tottenham's management.
During the last season, the defender scored 21 goals in 34 matches in the Premier League.
