"Barcelona's" financial director confirmed that the club is preparing for changes. The Catalonia team will decide on the construction of a new stadium by 2014.
In an interview with journalists, Javier Fausas said that "Barca" has three ideas about the stadium: to reconstruct the current one, to build a new one next to the old one, or to move to a completely different location.
"We do not want to make hasty decisions. We still have time before the final decision, so we are not rushing anywhere," added the financial director of "Barcelona."
"I can only say that we have planned three projects: to reconstruct the current 'Camp Nou,' build a new one next to it, or move to a completely different location," said J. Fausas.
The "Camp Nou" stadium was opened in 1957. It is one of the largest stadiums in the world, accommodating nearly 100,000 spectators.
