BBC reports that London's "Tottenham" rejected a 98.5 million euro offer from Madrid's "Real" club for team leader Gareth Bale ([link="http://www.eurofootball.com/nw_index.php?page=nw_players&id=5058"]Gareth Bale[/link]).
"Spurs" chairman Daniel Levy still has no intention of parting ways with the Welshman, even though the player himself wants to leave England and move to Spain.
Earlier, the influential Madrid newspaper "Marca" reported that G. Bale left for Los Angeles today, where "Real" is currently training, but it seems that the 24-year-old attacking winger will stay in London.
It is worth noting that the royal club offered an interesting proposal to "Tottenham" team: 60 million euros for G. Bale plus Angel Di Maria and Fabio Coentrao.
As reported, the London team is not willing to sell the player for less than 120 million euros, as they want to keep their leader at any cost.
