Dortmund's "Borussia" forward Robert Lewandowski has expressed feeling cheated by the club's management.
The leader of the Polish national team was linked with a move to Bayern Munich this summer, but will most likely stay with Dortmund for another season and leave the team as a free agent the following summer.
However, R. Lewandowski is convinced that the club's management should keep their word.
"If someone promises something, they should keep their word. I'm not just talking about the transfer. Other details that were discussed also remained unfulfilled," the forward expressed disappointment.
"This means that I was lied to straight in the face. No matter how hard I work or what I do, the feeling of being deceived will always remain. Perhaps the word is a bit too strong, so I will just say that I feel disappointed," the Polish player continued.
This season, R. Lewandowski has already won one trophy with the Dortmund team - the German Supercup, for which they competed against the same Bayern Munich team.
