France crowned former European champions Spain in the semi-finals, while the Serbians defeated Portugal after penalty shootouts.
In the first half, both teams created several dangerous opportunities, but failed to capitalize on them.
In the second half, it didn't take long for the first goal to come. In the 57th minute, the French defense made several mistakes in a row and Andrija Lukovičius put his countrymen ahead.
This was the second goal by a Serbian defender in this championship.
After this goal, the French players tried to press their opponents and created some decent chances to score, but the Serbians managed to maintain the advantage they had created.
