On Monday, the last matches of the 23rd round of the Lithuanian "SMScredit.lt A League" took place in Alytus.
In front of their fans, "Dainava" fought against the Vilnius "Žalgiris" team, shining in the European League.
Throughout the first half, Marek Zubo's pupils dominated. Right from the beginning of the match, the initiative belonged to the Vilnius team, and they tried to beat the opponents' goalkeeper several times, but the ball did not reach the goal.
However, in the 35th minute, "Žalgiris" managed to break through. After a pass from a teammate, the unstoppable Kamil Bilinskis scored with his head.
In the second half, no more goals were scored, and the visitors recorded another victory in the championship.
