After friendly matches, the captain of the Portuguese national team, Cristiano Ronaldo, refused to talk to journalists when asked about his former coach Jose Mourinho.
Yesterday the Portuguese team faced off against Dutch footballers in front of their fans. After a tough battle, the winner was not determined and the teams parted peacefully with a 1-1 draw.
As C. Ronaldo was heading to the locker room, he met with journalists who wanted to ask him a few questions about J. Mourinho, who had recently criticized the player.
"I do not want to talk about this person, as he is not worth it. I'm sorry, but I have nothing more to add," said the 28-year-old footballer.
However, C. Ronaldo was not hostile towards the journalists' questions and later described the new Real Madrid coach, Carlo Ancelotti.
"Ancelotti is a great strategist. I am happy to be training under such a person," added the forward.
