On Saturday, another set of matches from the 1st round of the English Premier League were played.
Swansea faced off against the champions, Manchester United, in front of their own fans. David Moyes' players secured a convincing victory with a score of 1-4.
The "Red Devils" took the lead first when Robin van Persie scored a goal. Shortly after, Danny Welbeck doubled the lead.
In the second half, Manchester United continued to prove their dominance. In the 72nd minute, the Dutch national team striker scored his second goal.
However, Michael Laudrup's team managed to reduce the score towards the end of the match. But during added time, another and final goal fell into the "Swans" team's net, scored by D. Welbeck.
