D. Simeone: "Primera" is boring because it is a championship of two teams © EuroFootball.com

Madrird "Atletico" coach Diego Simeone insists that the Spanish "Primera" championship is boring, as only two clubs compete for the main trophy.

Last season's winners of the King's Cup finished third in the country's championship and lagged behind Spain's giants - "Barcelona" and Madrid's "Real" clubs.

D.Simeone doubts his team's chances of winning the main "Primera" title, as no one can compare to those two teams in Spain.

"No, I don't believe we can do it," the coach told journalists about the possible triumph in Spain. "It's a boring championship, 'Barcelona' and 'Real' have to play in another league."

Yesterday, teams led by Gerardo Martino and Carlo Ancelotti celebrated their first victories. "Barca" crushed Valencia's "Levante" 7-0 at home, while "Real" only defeated Seville's "Real Betis" at the end of the match.
