Jose Mourinho once again indicated that his London-based team "Chelsea" will try to lure the "Manchester United" forward before the end of the transfer window.
Earlier this summer, the Portuguese coach made the first offer to "Man Utd" for Wayne Rooney, but David Moyes rejected it immediately.
According to the Portuguese strategist, the "Blues" will make a second offer right after the upcoming Monday's "Premier League" match, where "Chelsea" and "Man Utd" will face each other.
"We had already made an offer for Rooney and now we will make another one," Mourinho told journalists after yesterday's victory against "Aston Villa."
The 50-year-old coach also added: "I don't want to do it until we play the match in Manchester."
It is believed that the London team would be willing to pay around 35 million euros for the 27-year-old W. Rooney.
