On Sunday evening, another clash of the English giants took place at the "Emirates" stadium - the North London derby was played.
At the beginning of the match, "Arsenal" decided to slightly concede the initiative to their opponents, but only territorially - after taking possession of the ball, the Gunners embarked on quick and dangerous attacks.
One of these attacks, much to the delight of the spectators, ended in a goal, as Olivier Giroud, in excellent form after a pass from Theo Walcott, directed the ball into Hugo Lloris' goal.
After the goal, the situation remained the same - "Tottenham" had more ball control, but rapid counterattacks from "Arsenal" troubled the Spurs' defense.
The home team had more opportunities to score throughout the match, but the mentioned H. Lloris defended the goal excellently.
Only at the end of the match did the Spurs' players completely press their opponents towards the goal, but they failed to break through the defensive wall and lost the North London derby.
After this victory, "Arsenal" rose to fourth place in the league table with 6 points.
