Legendary Dutch footballer Johan Cruyff is delighted with the national team's qualification for the 2014 World Cup, but admits that Brazilians would easily crush the Dutch in this tournament.
Yesterday, the qualifying match for the World Cup took place, in which Louis van Gaal's pupils secured a ticket to the championship in Brazil by defeating Andorran footballers with a score of 2-0.
"We should be happy to qualify for the World Cup," said J. Cruyff. "The results of the Dutch national team in this qualifying round were excellent, and most importantly, we never lost a single game."
"I watched the Brazilian national team play in the 2013 Confederations Cup. If the Brazilians were to face the Dutch, they would beat us," added the former footballer.
Let us remind you that the FIFA-organized tournament will start in the summer of 2014, on June 12.
