Former director of Machachkala's "Anzhi" club and legendary defender of Brazil and Madrid's "Real" Roberto Carlos claims that the team based in Dagestan will completely collapse within two years.
"Anzhi" club owner Suleiman Kerimov, who had spared no hundreds of millions of euros and shook up Europe with big purchases every summer, changed his mind in the middle of summer and decided to drastically reduce the team's budget. Not only did he leave the club Samuel Eto'o, who earned €20 million per year, but also many other top-class football players.
Brazil's R. Carlos said that if drastic measures are not taken, the Machachkala club will look ridiculous in this season's UEFA Europa League tournament.
