Former "Newcastle" forward Patrick Kluivert has attracted to his side. A contract has been signed with the Dutchman for three seasons with the option to extend for one more.
P. Kluivert only spent one year, although the "Magpies" had the option to extend the contract for two more seasons. The former star was linked with a return to "La Liga." "Alaves" was actively interested in the footballer, but the player chose "La Mestalla."
Despite playing only fourteen matches in the black and white "Newcastle" jersey, P. Kluivert managed to score 7 goals and became the second most prolific player in the team.
Next week, the Dutchman will have to undergo a medical examination, and if successful, Kluivert will be officially presented as the second signing of new "Valencia" coach Quique Sanchez Flores.
