"Napoli" driver Rafael Benitez continues to prove that he is able to prepare his coached teams perfectly for UEFA Champions League battles.
On Wednesday, the "Serie A" club forced last season's tournament finalists, Dortmund's "Borussia," to surrender on their own field.
"I am satisfied because my players executed everything we had planned before the match. We knew that 'Borussia' is a very dangerous team, but we all worked excellently in defense," said the 53-year-old Spaniard.
"Last time I said that the team is playing at 72 percent capacity and I still believe we can improve. Three new players - Gonzalo Higuain, Jose Maria Callejon, and Dries Mertens - are world-class footballers. I am confident that after 1-2 months we will play even better," Benitez promised nothing good to his rivals.
On October 1st, "Napoli" will face another powerful opponent in Group F - London's "Arsenal."
