E

qually, at the end of the "Serie A" championship with the same number of points, the clubs were left without head coaches - Zdenek Zeman, the coach of "Lecce", and Daniele Arrigoni, the coach of "Cagliari".

Zeman, a lover of attacking football, started impressively this season with "Lecce", but later his players did not perform as successfully, and they finished the championship in the middle of the standings with 44 points. Interestingly, "Lecce" conceded the fewest goals in the league, only behind the champions "Juventus" in terms of goals scored.

It is believed that the Czech coach Zeman could return to coach one of the clubs in the Italian capital - "Lazio" or "Roma", and "Genoa" is also mentioned. Meanwhile, "Lecce" might bring back their former coach, Delio Rossi.

On the other hand, despite a successful season with "Cagliari", in which he helped the team stay in the "Serie A" and reach the semi-finals of the Italian Cup, coach D. Arrigoni decided to leave the Sardinian club because he wanted to be closer to his family, who live in the city of Cesena.

"I decided to leave. President Massimo Cellino wanted me to stay, but I want to work closer to home. I have worked for four years in four different cities, all far from my family, so he understood and did not stand in my way," said the coach.

Arrigoni also denied rumors that he will move to "Lecce", but did not rule out the possibility of coaching the "Bologna" team. It is difficult to say what "Cagliari" will choose, as the club's president stated that he would not want the favorite for the vacant position to be Zeman.
