The goals for the winners were scored by Jimmy Briand, Clement Grenier, and Bafetimbi Gomis.
The "Nice" team achieved a convincing victory at home, crushing "Valenciennes" 4-0, while the match between "Lorient" and "Bordeaux" ended in a high-scoring draw of 3-3.
After this round, the "Monaco" team leads the French championship with 14 points, followed by PSG and "Saint-Etienne" clubs, each with 12 points.
