After a disappointing performance in the English Premier League matches, Manchester City's manager Manuel Pellegrini is convinced that the team can become champions of the country.
In the 6th round match, City suffered a defeat against Aston Villa with a score of 3 - 2, which left the team's coach unsatisfied.
However, the manager firmly believes that the Premier League title is a realistic goal.
"We are not thinking about the title right now, we are thinking about winning every match. We are playing well, so I believe we will compete for the top spot at the end of the season," said M. Pellegrini.
Manchester City is currently in the 5th place in the standings after this defeat, but they could drop lower if Liverpool earns at least a point against Sunderland and Everton beats Newcastle on Monday night.
