Rafael Benitez did not spare praises for his Tuesday opponent Arsene Wenger. The team coached by the Spaniard, Napoli, will face London's Arsenal in the second round of the Champions League tonight, coached by the Frenchman.
R. Benitez did not hide his admiration for the current Premier League leaders, Arsenal, and stated that A. Wenger is the best coach in England.
"He is the best. They have acquired good players and now everything is moving in the right direction. A. Wenger is a great coach and person. He has done a really great job. I hope he wins the Champions League, but not this season."
R. Benitez has faced A. Wenger's team before. The 53-year-old football specialist worked at Liverpool from 2004 to 2010, and was appointed as interim manager of London's Chelsea in the 2012-2013 season.
Both Napoli and Arsenal are competing in Group F, which is labeled as the Group of Death. They are also opposed by Marseille's Olympique and Vice champion Borussia Dortmund.
