On Saturday in France, the IX-s country's "Ligue 1" championship matches were played.
"Monaco" players defeated "Saint-Etienne" team 2-1 at home and temporarily increased the gap from PSG club to three points.
In the 15th minute, Yannick Ferreira Carrasco put the hosts ahead, but in the second half Romain Hamouma equalized the score.
At the end of the match, in the 87th minute, Lucas Ocampos secured the victory for Monaco club.
Victory was also celebrated by the "Lille" team, beating "Ajaccio" players 3-0. The goals for the winners were scored by P.Souare, I.Gueuye, and S.Kalou.
In Friday's match, "Bastia" left no hopes for "Lorient" team with a 4-1 win. One of the goals was scored by former "Juventus" player Miloš Krasić.
