On Sunday, the last two matches of the 8th round of the German "Bundesliga" championship were played.
"Freiburg" hosted Frankfurt's "Eintracht" at home. At the end of the match, the hosts managed to snatch a draw, 1-1.
The first goal was scored in the 64th minute, when Christian Gunter scored an own goal. The result was equalized in the 86th minute by Nicolas Hofler.
In other matches, "Hamburger" players left no hope for the "Nurnberg" team, which they defeated with a score of 0-5.
The goals for the winners were scored by Rafael van der Vaart, Tolgay Ali Arslan and Pierre-Michel Lasogga, who scored a hat-trick.
