"Barcelona" goalkeeper Victor Valdes has decided about his future. Having refused to extend his contract with the Catalan team, the 31-year-old player is expected to wear the "Monaco" jersey next summer. The Spanish press reports that in January V. Valdes will sign a preliminary contract with the "Ligue 1" club, which will come into effect in June. The long-time "Barcelona" player had received several offers from "Premier" league teams, but ultimately decided to test his skills in the French championship. Earlier it was reported that Monaco had presented a very attractive offer to the Catalan - a four-year contract and an annual salary of 10 million euros.
