This season, the 25-year-old Spanish player is the most productive in the Madrid team, scoring as many goals in 12 games. It is believed that "the Blues" might consider letting go of Demba Ba in January, although there are three other players who can play in the attack. If "Atletico" club receives this offer, they should seriously consider the possibility of selling D. Costa, as a larger sum could be offered for the forward. According to other sources, D. Costa is not currently thinking about leaving, as the team's results this season are excellent and they are playing in the prestigious UEFA Champions League."
