Madrid's "Real" manager Carlo Ancelotti has his own opinion on who is currently the best player on the planet.
The Italian believes that his protégé Cristiano Ronaldo is more deserving of this year's Ballon d'Or award than Lionel Messi or Franck Ribery.
"It's time for Cristiano Ronaldo to win these awards. He has amazed me with his professionalism. The player always pays attention to the smallest details and helps us a lot even without scoring goals," said C. Ancelotti.
The coach also explained the controversial decision to sell midfielder Mesut Ozil.
"Angel Di Maria has less skill, but because of his character and significant contributions, I chose him. When Gareth Bale was bought, I thought that the Argentine would be more valuable than Ozil," he added.
