On Sunday, in the Spanish "Primera" championship, the matches of the tenth round were played.
"Villarreal" met "Valencia" at home. The "Yellow Submarine" humiliated the "Bats" with a score of 4-1.
Two goals were scored in the first half. The first was scored by Ikechukwu Uche, and shortly after Hernan Perez increased the score after a pass from Cani.
In the 49th minute, Giovani Dos Santos stood at the penalty spot, but failed to score from the penalty, however, on the second attempt he sent the ball into the goal.
After 14 minutes, Ricardo Costa softened the score, but the same Dos Santos put the final point in this match in the 84th minute.
In other matches, "Sevilla" defeated Pamplona's "Osasuna" players with a score of 2-1, while San Sebastian's "Real Sociedad" easily beat "Almeria".
Meanwhile, in front of their home crowd, Atletico Madrid humiliated Seville's Real Betis, beating them by a score of 5-0.
