On Sunday, three matches of the "Ligue 1" championship XI round were played in France.
Monaco's local club hosted the players of "Olympique Lyonnais" showing poor form.
The hosts scored two goals in the first half and built a solid advantage before the second part of the match following goals by Mounir Obbadi and Radamel Falcao.
In the second half, the "Lyon" club reduced the lead after a goal by Bafetimbi Gomis, but they couldn't equalize the score, so the "Monaco" team maintained the advantage and celebrated another victory.
In another match, the "Bordeaux" club defeated the "Montpellier" players who were playing with ten men from the 19th minute with a score of 2 - 0.
In the evening match, the "Saint-Etienne" team at home faced the players of Paris Saint-Germain.
The hosts took the lead in the 51st minute after goals by Benjamin Corgnet and Romain Hamouma, but complicated the situation in the 59th minute when Fabien Lemoine was sent off.
PSG took advantage of this and in the 68th minute Edinson Cavani reduced the lead, and at the end of the match Blaise Matuidi equalized, saving the team from defeat.
