"Goal.com" reports that Paris Saint-Germain will offer 41 million euros for Chelsea midfielder Juan Mata this winter. The French capital team is ready to attract the Spaniard, who reportedly is not satisfied with his situation among the "aristocrats". The 25-year-old footballer lost his place in the starting lineup at the beginning of this season, as coach Jose Mourinho was not satisfied with his performance. Nevertheless, as the season progresses, J. Mata is playing more and more and J. Mourinho does not intend to exclude him from his plans. The footballer, who joined the club from Valencia in the summer of 2011, left the "Blues" for almost 27 million euros.
