Former Madrid "Real" club star Luis Figo is convinced that the team led by Carlo Ancelotti relies too much on forward Cristiano Ronaldo.
L. Figo believes that the team from the Spanish capital could suffer if other players do not shine alongside C. Ronaldo, and the Portuguese will have to carry the team alone.
"Ronaldo demonstrates football at a very high level. He plays impressively, always wants to improve. Cristiano is a top-class professional, and with his abilities on the field, he has a great influence on the team's game," - praised his compatriot L. Figo.
"Regardless of all that, the "Real" team should not depend on just one player. This is not a good thing. There will be moments when Cristiano will not be able to do anything, so other team players will have to step up," - the Portuguese is convinced.
This season, C. Ronaldo is showing excellent form and has already scored 23 goals in 18 matches on all fronts.
