Yesterday, in the Premier League match, London Chelsea players only managed to snatch a draw against West Brom at the end of the game after a penalty shootout.
Most of the blame for this result falls on the Chelsea defender Ramires, who earned a controversial penalty during added time, converted by Eden Hazard.
After the match, the player himself insisted that he never simulates fouls, and the incident against him was unfair.
"I never take advantage of the opportunity to trick the referee by simulating a foul. It's not in my character, because anyone who knows me knows that I never behave that way," Ramires claimed.
