The Uruguayan Football Federation can already start planning a visit to next year's World Cup. In the first additional qualifying match, the Uruguayans wiped out Jordan 5-0 as guests.
All five goals were scored by different players - Maximiliano Pereira (22), Cristian Stuani (42), Nicolas Lodeiro (60), Cristian Rodriguez (75), Edinson Cavani (90).
The return match will take place on November 21 in Uruguay.
A similar situation occurred in the Mexican team. They crushed New Zealand footballers 5-1.
