Cameroon faced Tunisia in front of their own fans. The hosts secured a crushing victory with a score of 4-1, ensuring their place in the tournament in Brazil next summer.
The first match ended in a draw, but the Cameroonians left no hope for their opponents in the return leg.
Goals for the winners were scored by P. Webo, B. Moudandjo, and J. Makoun twice. The only goal for the Tunisian team was scored by A. Akaichi.
It's worth mentioning that teams from Ivory Coast and Nigeria have also secured their places in Brazil from Africa. Competing for the last two tickets are Ghana - Egypt and Burkina Faso - Algeria.
