He signed a three-year contract with "Levante" goalkeeper Juan Luis Mora. The 31-year-old Spaniard is supposed to replace Andres Palop, who left the club.

Palop's contract with "Valencia" expired this summer and the player demanded a new contract worth 2 million euros. "Los Che" did not agree to this offer and Palop left "La Mestalla". He is expected to sign a four-year contract with "Sevilla" soon.

Just over a day after Palop's departure, "Valencia" announced that they managed to attract free agent Juan Luis Mora. A contract was signed with the 31-year-old goalkeeper for three years. In recent seasons, the Spaniard has been representing the "Levante" team, but their relegation to a lower division forced Mora to look for a new team.

"Valencia" also showed interest in "Racing" goalkeeper Dudu Awat and "Malaga" goalkeeper Juan Calatayud, but after Juan Mora's arrival, all interests in other goalkeepers will likely end.
