On Sunday, a unique football evening awaits at the "Juventus" stadium.
More than 12 thousand school-age children will fill the southern and northern stands of the Turin club's stadium.
An extraordinary evening in the football world will crown the UNESCO-supported "Gioca Con Me... Tifa Con Me" (Play with Me... Cheer with Me) project.
The children will not only be able to enjoy the intriguing match between "Juventus" and "Udinese" teams for free, but will also become participants in initiatives before the game and will have the opportunity to explore all the corners of the "Juventus" stadium opened two years ago. They will also have guided tours of the club's museum, which is currently considered one of the most modern in the world.
During the match, thirteen clowns will encourage the children to decorate the stands with various colors and chant the slogans on posters.
The "Gioca con me... Tifa con me" project also includes an educational program. At the start of the match, 30 young players from the club's academy will put on fluorescent jackets and form a team of stadium stewards, performing their duties. This will be an opportunity for them to understand the importance of tolerant and correct behavior during matches.
In the stadium's conference hall, 60 children will participate in workshops organized by the Italian Players' Association (AIC). Former "Juventus" player Fabio Grosso and club legends Gaetano Scirea's wife Mariella will lead a seminar, revealing the reasons that led to the closure of the southern and northern stands at the "Juventus" stadium and emphasizing the importance of correct and tolerant behavior in society.
The culmination of the project will be a 20-meter long poster displaying the event's slogan "Gioca con me.. Tifa con me". The huge poster will be brought into the stadium accompanied by players from both teams.
