The Madrid's "Real" club played the last two matches without leader Cristiano Ronaldo, but the "white" team celebrated overwhelming victories even without the Portuguese.
The 28-year-old footballer is pleased with the team's results, especially praising Gareth Bale, who arrived in Madrid in the summer.
"They surprised me very positively and played excellently without me. Of course, both matches took place at home, but that doesn't change anything," assured C. Ronaldo.
"Gareth played amazingly. He adapted well to the new team and his game is attractive," added the captain of the Portuguese national team, visiting Madrid.
"Real" footballers will play their first "Copa del Rey" tournament match in Spain on Saturday. The Portuguese is healthy, but will not play against "Olimpic de Xativa."
