Italian champions Torino have rented out the defender Olivier Kapo for a year, the French club announced on Wednesday.
O. Kapo, who has scored three goals in nine matches for the French national team, has played in only four matches for the Italian champions, appearing on the field only as a substitute in twelve of them.
The 24-year-old O. Kapo started his professional career in 1999 at AJ Auxerre, where he spent five years before moving to Juventus in 2004.
This month, Monaco also strengthened their defense with the Barcelona defender Gerard Lopez.
