Two "Atlantis" Players Invited to the "Arsenal" Club Academy © EuroFootball.com

Official Klaipeda "Atlantas" website reports that two young players from the team have caught the attention of London's "Arsenal."

According to reports, the "Gunners" team has invited the Lithuanians to their football academy, where players from the port city team will train for one week.

These are defender Dovydas Virksas (16 years old) and midfielder Ricardas Sveikauskas (16 years old).

D. Virksas already made his debut in the highest Lithuanian league last season and scored one goal, while R. Sveikauskas played for "Atlantas" reserve team.

This is not the first young Lithuanian player to be invited to a "Premier" league club trial. Recently, 16-year-old goalkeeper Lukas Jurgelas was training at London's "Fulham" academy.
