Rarely appearing on the pitch Turin's Juventus striker Mirko Vucinic could join London's Tottenham ranks, announces "The Guardian".
According to the data of the English newspaper, the "canaries" will submit an offer for the Montenegrin national team player during the winter transfer window.
Tottenham's goal is to borrow the striker until the end of the season, but the Italian club will only negotiate for the player's sale.
The 30-year-old Montenegrin has previously been linked with English clubs, most often with the David Moyes-led Manchester United team.
Having played only 10 official matches this season, Vucinic's playing time on the pitch has been cut not only by the arrivals of Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente, but also by persistent injuries.
The striker has been playing for Juventus since the summer of 2011, when he arrived from the Roma club for 15 million euros.
