On Thursday, the last three matches of the "Copa del Rey" (King's Cup) tournament round of sixteen were played in Spain.
In front of their fans, "Valencia" faced "Gimnastic" eleven, which they defeated by a narrow margin of 1-0 and advanced to the next stage.
The winning goal for the "bats" was scored by Paco Alcacer, who scored in the 37th minute. The first match between these teams ended in a draw.
Two more teams - Madrid's "Rayo Vallecano" and Barcelona's "Espanyol" - also secured their ticket to the quarterfinals.
