London's "Chelsea" club strategist Jose Mourinho has stated that he is creating a long-term vision for the team and promises to stay at the helm for more than 10 years.
After spending three years in Spain at Madrid's "Real" club, the Portuguese returned to the helm of the "aristocrats." With the London team, J. Mourinho has won three "Premier League" titles.
Before the derby with the "Arsenal" team, the 51-year-old specialist revealed that he has long-term plans to stay at the helm of the team.
"The league becomes stronger when we maintain the good things and improve the bad ones. One of the good things is the feeling of stability, when you can work without any pressure," J. Mourinho insisted.
"I left Real Madrid because I wanted to. There are clubs in other countries where I could have found employment more easily. I earn less money at Chelsea than in Madrid, so I am not here for financial reasons."
"I didn't come here because the job is easy, the team is prepared to fight for the title, or because of the contract terms. I returned to London because I like this club and project," the specialist continued.
J. Mourinho also insists that in the future he would like to coach one of the national teams.
"How long will I stay at Chelsea? Let's say 12 years. And later - the World Cup with the national team," stated the Portuguese.
In the past, J. Mourinho has also coached teams other than Chelsea and Real, such as "Porto" and Milan's "Inter."
