Munich's Bayern winger Franck Ribery claims that he would be happy even if he didn't win the "Ballon d'Or" award.

According to the French national team member, it is already a huge honor for him to be considered for this trophy alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

"I would be happy even if I didn't win the "Ballon d'Or"," said F.Ribery. "I am pleased to be on a list that includes Ronaldo and Messi."

"With Bayern this year, we won almost everything, which helped me to be in the running for the "Golden Ball"," added the 30-year-old footballer.

Additionally, the Frenchman spared no praise for his team and its collective during the interview.

"The most important thing is that we enjoy playing together. We are like a big family and I believe that Bayern is the best club in the world," concluded the winger.

Just a reminder, the winner of the "Ballon d'Or" will be announced on January 13th.
