Liverpool's "Everton" club center-back Phil Jagielka will have to watch the team's game from the stands for a while.
The Englishman suffered a posterior cruciate ligament injury in the game against "Sunderland" on the second day of Christmas, which "The Toffees" lost with a score of 0 - 1.
In the match against "Southampton," P.Jagielka was replaced by 31-year-old defender Antolin Alcaraz, who played his first "Premier League" game this season.
Due to this injury, Jagielka will not be able to play for up to four weeks, but knowing Phil, he will return to the lineup earlier," said "Everton" manager Roberto Martinez.
Before this injury, P.Jagielka had not been substituted in the "Premier League" and played in 18 matches.
