The representative of Vilnius city football club "Žalgiris" Kamilis Bilinskis shook hands with Bucharest "Dinamo" club after representing the team for a year and a half.
After the 2013 season, the Lithuanian champions did not renew the contract with their top scorer.
K. Bilinskis, who will soon celebrate his 26th birthday, contributed with 25 goals to the historic victories of "Žalgiris" last year.
Arriving in Vilnius in the summer of 2012, the forward wore the green and white jersey 65 times and scored 42 goals.
In his debut season, K. Bilinskis was named the best player of the year by the most loyal "Žalgiris" fans.
The new Polish team in the highest league of Romania ranks fifth in the standings with 32 points.
"Dinamo" is also behind teams like "Pandurii" (34 points) represented by Deivydas Matulevičius from "Žalgiris", league leaders Bucharest "Steaua" (39 points), "Petrolul" (40 points), and "Astra" (42 points).
After parting ways with Lithuania, K. Bilinskis signed a 1.5-year contract.
