"Juventus" general director Giuseppe Marotta categorically denied rumors of a possible sale of Paul Pogba.

In the summer of 2012, the French player, who became a free agent, arrived in Turin from the "Manchester United" club and quickly became an important player for the team.

The biggest interest in the 20-year-old French national team player was shown by the Paris "Saint-Germain" club, whose president Nasser Al-Khelaifi publicly expressed a desire to acquire one of the most talented players on the planet.

To journalists of the newspaper "Tuttosport", G. Marotta clearly stated the club's position on this matter: "I will not say anything new. We never even thought about selling Pogba. On the contrary, we will soon sign a new contract."

According to unofficial data, negotiations with the football player's representative Mino Raiola are well advanced.

Meanwhile, "Tuttosport" mentions among possible candidates to strengthen the ranks of the multiple Italian champions this winter, "Manchester United" defender Nani and "Cagliari" leader Radja Nainggolan.
