London's Chelsea manager is somewhat surprised that there are so few coaches from this country working in the English Premier League.
The Portuguese coach admits that when he first arrived in this country, he saw few coaches from other countries, but in recent years their numbers have increased, particularly.
"Maybe I'm speaking against myself, but there are too many foreign specialists working in England," said J. Mourinho. "I don't know why this happened, because they are also good specialists."
"There are many excellent English coaches, but they don't get job opportunities. Perhaps foreigners bring benefits because you can learn a new culture, but I think the main culture in this country should be English or British.
"When I first came here to work, I saw few foreign coaches in the Premier League, but now everything is changing and they are even working in the Championship," concluded the former Real Madrid coach.
Currently, in the strongest league in England, out of 20 teams, English specialists train only five clubs, Brits - six, and foreigners work in the rest.
