On Monday, the penultimate matches of the 18th round of the "Primera" championship took place in Spain.
At the "Santiago Bernabeu" stadium, the Madrid "Real" team, supported by their fans, faced the Celta Vigo footballers. Carlo Ancelotti's team secured a 3-0 victory.
In the first half, the Spanish vice-champions, who looked sluggish, scored their first goal only in the 67th minute, when Karim Benzema found the back of the net.
Later on, an unstoppable striker Cristiano Ronaldo sealed the final score with a brace. Daniel Carvajal and Gareth Bale provided the assists.
The "Royal" club added three points to their tally and remains in third place. They are trailing behind Madrid "Atletico" and "Barcelona" by a 5-point difference.
