London's "Arsenal" head coach Arsene Wenger has denied rumors that the "Gunners" will seek to acquire Dimitar Berbatov this winter.
Recently, there were reports in the English press that the leaders of the Premier League were interested in the London "Fulham" striker, who was expected to join the French coach's team this January.
"Do I value Berbatov as a footballer? Yes. Have we made an offer to the "Fulham" club? No," - affirmed the 64-year-old coach.
The press also reported that D. Berbatov would have signed a two-year contract with "Arsenal" - until 2016.
The 32-year-old Bulgarian has played 16 matches this season wearing "Fulham" shirts and scored five goals.
