Lithuanian national team forward Darvydas Šernas is currently on loan to the Australian team "Perth Glory" until summer.
So far, the 29-year-old footballer has played in Turkey for the "Gaziantepspor" team, but with the opening of the winter transfer window, the Turk decided to loan out the Lithuanian.
D. Šernas faces a long journey to Australia, where football stars such as William Gallas, Alessandro Del Piero, and Emile Heskey compete.
Currently, in the Australian A-League, "Perth Glory" is in fifth place with 20 points, trailing the leader "Brisbane Roar" by 11 points.
Throughout his career, the forward has worn the shirts of six clubs. These are Dainava "Alytus", Vilnius "Vėtra", Nalchik "Spartak", Łódź "Widzew", Lublin "Żaglebie" and "Gaziantepspor".
