"Roma" club officially announced that they are borrowing former Brazilian national team winger Michel Bastos from the UAE team "Al Ain" until the end of the season. Rumors about a possible return of the Brazilian to Europe have been circulating for some time now. The loan agreement includes an option for the Italian capital team to purchase the player's contract for 3.5 million euros after this season. The 30-year-old, who previously belonged to "Lyon" until summer, only played half a season at "Al Ain". Last season, the French also loaned the player to the Gelsenkirchen team "Schalke" until the end of the season. Overall, M.Bastos has worn the jerseys of nine different teams. Throughout his career, he has played 369 matches and scored 84 goals.
