Bayern Munich's team president Uli Hoeness does not lack self-confidence. He is convinced that Bayern club is the strongest in the world.
"I'm not arrogant enough to say that we are unbeatable. But we are perfectly coordinated. For that, we have to thank the coach," U.Hoeness stated.
The leader's words are confirmed by Bayern's results. Munich's footballers in the German Bundesliga championship are 7 points ahead of second place, while in the Champions League they firmly stepped into the quarterfinals.
U.Hoeness sees no goal in strengthening the team with new players.
"My dream is to earn 40-50 million euros. Now we have the opportunity to fill the war chest for hard times. At the moment, there is no goal to unnecessarily strengthen the lineup," the German said.
U.Hoeness was delighted that within 5-7 years Bayern will fully buy out the Allianz stadium and remain its sole owner.
