FIFA president Sepp Blatter believes that the upcoming 2014 World Cup will be great, and Brazil deserves praise for the organization.
The 77-year-old Swiss had previously criticized Brazil for the construction of stadiums, which are still ongoing. However, Blatter now states that an excellent and successful tournament awaits this summer.
"Brazil is a football country. There is no better country than Brazil when it comes to football," - answered the FIFA president when asked by journalists.
"I believe that Brazil will host a beautiful and successful World Cup. I trust the organizers of the tournament," - added Blatter.
Let's remind you that the 2014 World Cup will start on June 12th and end on July 13th.
